General

• Your contract for purchases made through this website is with Catalyst Software.
  
• All purchases from this website are licensed to you with attached conditions and not sold. Licences are non-transferable.
  
• You undertake that all details you give to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct.
  
• If the details you have provided are incorrect, you are responsible for informing us in writing within 10 days of having made the purchase.
  
• Purchases cannot be exchanged, transferred or returned for a refund, whether downloaded or purchased on a CD-ROM. If the CD-ROM is damaged in transit, it will be replaced with a copy.
  
• If we provide goods in error, we will send a replacement at our expense.
  
• You may cancel an order, or exchange it for a similar product, if order placed erroneously, provided goods have NOT been downloaded or dispatched. You must do it in writing at the earliest opportunity to receive a full refund, or similar goods to the same value. If you paid by eCheque, you must wait for a refund until the eCheque has cleared.
  
• An admin charge of £6.50 may be levied at our discretion if you request download links owing to the links expiring (48 hours from the time of purchase) or to replace lost or misplaced files.
  
• You agree to us using your email address as a means of communicating with you regarding the product you have purchased, when it's updated, upgraded or similar goods are released by Catalyst Sofware.
  
• We undertake not to disclose, lease, rent or sell to third parties your personal details, including your email address.

Liability

• This section applies only to the extent it is permitted by law.
  
• We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions. We reserve the right to change information, prices, and descriptions of our goods without prior notice.
  
• We reserve the right not to fulfil an order for goods that were advertised at an incorrect price.
  
• Please read the descriptions of the goods before buying, as we sell them only for the purposes stated thereof.
  
• If you receive goods in error, or they are damaged or defective, you must inform us by email within 10 working days of our delivering the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Processing of Orders

• All prices include cost of shipping (where applicable).
  
• Purchases you make from this website are regarded as performed in England for all practical purposes and we shall be bound by English law concerning the purchases.

Delivery

• We will send goods to the address you supply in your order. You shall be held liable for any errors and expenses incurred as a result of incorrect information supplied in the order.
  
• If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to and liable for import duties and taxes.

Miscellaneous

• If you do not receive the goods within the time stated in the order confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us. We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods ordered.
  
• Subject to the licence granted to you to use the goods, we reserve all rights, title and interest in our intellectual property rights (patents, database rights, copyright, design rights, trade marks and other similar rights).
  
• We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time and place the new version on our website. The new Terms & Conditions will govern all your purchases from the date that the amended Terms & Conditions are placed on our website.
  
• If you disagree with any changes to these Terms & Conditions, you should not make a purchase from this website.
  
• These Terms & Conditions supersede any other Terms & Conditions relating to your purchase, and contain the entire agreement between us and you relating to your purchase.
